Old French Virgin Mary Our Lady Lourdes Large Signed Medal

Lovely old large medal for the Virgin Mary as Our Lady of Lourdes; nice cameo in high relief on the front of Mary's face, and on the back the scene at the Grotto in Lourdes France with Saint Bernadette. This lovely medal is a silver tone heavy metal, unmarked as to content, may be sterling; beautiful age patina, fabulous details. It is in very good condition with only slight age wear and measures 1" across. It is signed on the left of the bust with what appears to be O S C.
