Fine Mexican Sterling PGG Tortie Abalone Inlay Brooch

Lovely old brooch or pin from the 20's - 40's, of fine heavy sterling silver with center of inlay tortoise-like material with inlaid abalone, very beautiful. It is both brooch and also has a pendant loop for hanging on a chain and is signed sterling, Mexico, PGG, .925. It measures 1 & 7/8" by 1 & 5/8" and is in good condition with mild age wear.
