Fabulous older demi parure, necklace and clip earring set signed Kramer of New York; nice Art Deco style with crossing ribbon bands of clear rhinestones over the rich sparkly turquoise or aqua blue stones. The necklace measures approximately 15 & 1/2" around, and each earring is 7/8" across. It is in good condition, slight age wear only.
