Borghese Gold Framed Art
Lovely vintage Borghese, with beautiful print under glass with faux black mat we think is reverse painted on the glass, and shiny gold or gilt plaster frame, all original, with Borghese label on the back and hanging loop at top. It is 7 " by 8" and in very good condition with mild wear from age. Highly sought by collectors, Borghese looked so so so Italian, but actually was an American company that produced a fabulous array of fine home decor with a definite Italian and French flair. We don't find these often. This was part of a group of four, all for sale in this shop
