Old Turkish Fez

Cool old fez from Turkey, Uludag area, we think for a bride. Of felt with attached beadwork and interesting orange thread fringe with metal circles as dangles, matching the ones on the top of the felt fez. It measures 6" tall at the front, and has a 7" diameter on the inside where there is a ring of cardboard. It looks to be a child's size, but I think these were not intended to actually "fit" the head, but were pinned on the top. Nice display item for collectors of textiles. It is in good condition with age wear, no bad smells, cotton lining.
