Antique English Or American Wood Box Writing Desk With Inlay
Beautiful antique portable writing desk American or English, with fabulous wood inlay on the top. Glass inkwells are present inside, as is the lid to the pen box and the writing platform on both sides, lined with lovely red velvet. Nice grooved design on the sides on box and lid; and a beautiful patina to the wood. This rare item measures 13" by 8 & 3/4" and is 5 & 1/8" tall. This antique box is in good structural condition with mild wear from age, small hairlines here and there, and is a very rare find.
