Old Fashioned Picnic Collector Plate by Lowell Herrero
This is a lovely decorative 1982 collector plate designed by artist Lowell Herrero and manufactured by Vandor. There is a huge tree in the foreground with a little boy climbing it and another little boy swinging in a tire. There are a group of people and children at a picnic table. There are three geese in the lake and an old fashioned car off to the left. There is also a small black and white dog playing near the boy in the swing. The back of the plate is marked: Vandor, made in Japan.

It measures approximately 7 ¾" in diameter.
It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.
