This is a very lovely Haviland Limoges plate. The center of the plate is white and is decorated with fruits and leaves. The leaves are a variety of shades of deep green to pale green. The fruits are red and appear to be a cluster of five cherries. The rim of the plate is light green, close to a mint green, and there is a thin band of gold on the inside of the rim. It is marked on the back H & Co., L, and Haviland & Co. Limoges within a circle. It dates to around the late 1870's. The plate measures 8 ½" in diameter.
The condition is very good but there are two small rough spots around the rim of the plate. They are not chips, just something you would have to feel to notice. There is no crazing or any other condition problems.
