19th Century Black Transfer Ware Plate Pastoral RS

This is a really attractive black transfer ware plate with a very desirable pastoral scene. The scene is of a man and a woman in a field. The rim of the plate has old-fashioned cabbage roses on it. The plate dates to around the mid 1800’s. It is marked on the back Pastoral and RS. It does have some condition problems. There are two chips on the back of the rim and a couple of rough spots around the rim. The plate measures 10" in diameter. The plate has been priced for condition.
