Silver-tone Belt Buckle from Austria, Trachten Style
This belt buckle was purchased in Austria in the 1970's, with the intention of using it for a young lady's dress. Somehow, it was misplaced and forgotten - never used.

Just 3" x 2", it is silver-tone metal. A belt or sash should be sewn to the horizontal bars. The two pieces clip in the middle. It is a tradition folk or trachten style. It would make a pretty closure for a cape, as well.
