Glamorous Amethyst Colored Glass and Vermeil Drop Earrings
Each earring has a large high quality teardrop-shaped glass gem in a gold tone setting. The ear wires are new replacements. They are vermeil (gold wash on sterling) with a tiny flower.

These earrings are a marriage of old and new. The drops came from a very expensive, but broken necklace. The drops are about 3/4" x 1/2" (18mm x 14mm), and the total length of the earring, including the wire, is just over 1 1/2", (40mm).
