Early American Pattern Glass pressed glass spooner, 4 1/2" high. It has a decorative band and flowers. The glass has facets, rather than being perfectly round, and there is a starburst pattern on the base. It was made in a 4 part mold.
The pattern is Thistleblow or Paneled Iris, made by Kokomo-Jenkins Glass Co., pattern #514, circa 1905.
There are no damages, but a rough area at the seams lines inside the handles.
