Taxco Mexican Sterling Silver Figural Lamb or Goat Pin
Wonderful pin or brooch, about 2" x 1 3/4", and 14.4 grams. It is marked on the reverse: TS - 56 925 Mexico. This mark identifies it as Taxco, probably early 1980's. I have not been able to identify the silversmith, but 56 is a fairly early number.

The pin is substantial and has lovely detail in the curly hairs and perky ears. There are a few light scratches, and a few little dents on the reverse (near the front legs) but overall condition is very good.
