The Key to Chinese Cooking - Irene Kuo, 1982 Edition
This is an excellent book, out of print since the 80's, and sought by many cooks who would like to replace a worn out copy or give one to a daughter. It is perhaps the most authentic and comprehensive Chinese cookbook available in the English language - over 500 pages with hundreds of recipes, detailed explanation of cooking techniques and a glossary of ingredients.
