The Key to Chinese Cooking - Irene Kuo, 1982 Edition
This is an excellent book, out of print since the 80's, and sought by many cooks who would like to replace a worn out copy or give one to a daughter. It is perhaps the most authentic and comprehensive Chinese cookbook available in the English language - over 500 pages with hundreds of recipes, detailed explanation of cooking techniques and a glossary of ingredients.

My book is hardcover, and in excellent condition. It does have a little wear to the dust cover, a sticker from the book store and my name inside. (It was a gift - I have duplicate books and am keeping one!)
