Charming hand painted treenware bowl with a figure of a young lady with rosy cheeks. The wood bowl is about 9" across and 2" high. It dates from the 1930's - 1940's, and is marked "Munsing" on the bottom. Munsing is a town in Bavaria, Germany.
There is some wear to the paint, appropriate for its age.
