The Hoosier Hop was established as a feature of WOWO in Indiana in 1932 and CBS thought well enough of it to give it a half-hour a week on the network for many months, and from its ranks came some of today's stellar western and Broadway stars.
This souvenir song book and photo album is a recent Southern estate acquisition. It features words and music for piano as well as several pictures of the Hoosier Hop stars.
The inside pages are yellowing with age, but no pages are torn, bent or missing. The outside cover is in very good vintage condition with some wear. The copyright date is 1946 and is produced by Edwards Music Company of New York.
