This partially full bottle of perfume is a recent Southern estate acquisition. It is My Sin by Lanvin in the 1 1/2 Fl Oz tall bottle with the black top that bears the picture of Jeanne Lanvin and her daughter getting ready for a masquerade ball. I have not tested the top for bakelite, although some of the tops were indeed bakelite.
Madame Zed, a Russian emigree, created this fragrance for Jeanne Lanvin.
The Red label reads Eau My Sin Lanvin 1 1/2 Fl Ozs, Lanvin Charles of the Ritz, Inc., New York, NY 10019 USA, Perfume Imported from France, Blended in USA. The bottom of the glass bottle is embossed Lanvin.
The glass bottle is 3" tall not including the cap. The perfume line is at the 2" mark. It is in excellent vintage condition. I tried a bit of the perfume on my wrist and it still smells wonderful.
