This recently acquired Fenton glass bon bon dish is from a Southern estate. The Cranberry Opalescent glass is cased glass with French Opalescent over Gold Ruby. All pieces of Cranberry Opalescent were mould blown.
This is the hobnail double crimped 6" bon bon. The hobnail bon bon was produced from 1940-1977. This is one of the older ones without the logo. It has a nice wide border of opalescent around the outer side. There are no chips, cracks or fleabites. This is a lovely piece and everyone loves the cranberry!
