Antique Victorian Italian Coral 14K Gold Bead Pin Brooch

The coral beads are most likely from Naples Italy which was the primary source for coral in the mid to late 1800s. These beads vary in size with the largest in the center measuring 12mm across. They reflect the nuances of natural coral.

The pin measures 1 3/4 by 1 1/4 inches. It rises up about 3/4 inch. It weighs 13.2 grams.

The back has a secure ~C~ catch with an extended pin stem. The longer stems were used to stick into the cloth for extra securing. Pin is in excellent antique condition.
