1920s Vintage Chinese 18K Gold Cufflinks Luck Fortune 'FU' Symbol

Some wear their heart on their sleeve. Others might prefer to wear some luck on their sleeve cuffs. This vintage pair of Chinese solid 18K gold cufflinks brings symbols of good luck, good fortune, and blessings to your shirt cuffs. One cufflink features the 'Fu' symbol. We're not sure what the other symbol is though it's no doubt something equally positive to have on hand.

These are circa 1920s, made for Chinese export. The oval tops measure 1/2 by just under 3/4 inches. The Chinese characters are raised up from the textured rose gold backdrop. The rest of the cufflinks are yellow gold which creates a nice contrast. The pair weighs 7.8 grams.

The swivels work smoothly. One cufflink is marked 18K. The other has the maker's hallmark which we can't make out. These estate solid gold cufflinks are in excellent condition.
