Lovely Diminutive Simon Halbig 1079 DEP Cabinet Sized Cutie

This is a really sweet cabinet sized doll approx. 9" tall. She has lovely bisque with blue sleep eyes with long painted upper & lower lashes & long slender brows. Sweet peachy mouth, four molded upper teeth & accent marks at nostrils. I have lighted the head & see no chips or cracks. She has pierced ears & wonderful original blond wig with the typical long braids. It is lined with old news paper & gauze. In pretty nice condition with original tie on braids. Just the sweetest wig. She is marked 1079 2/0 DEP//SH Germany. On a fully jointed body with straight wrists. There is some red numbers on side of leg as seen in the photo. Her stringing goes up through the head into the 2 holes. It came this way to me. Some usual wear to the finish on the body but good for age. Her long stockings are original with original ties holding them up. I have not removed them. The shoes a new replacements. The pantaloons are gauze & look original to her. The dress is vintage but not antique. It is nicely made with attached slip. Nicely trimmed with lace & crochet edging. Ribbon bow is worn frayed & stained but will send it with her. Lovely little doll to add to any collection.
