Canvas & Cedar 16' 1915 Canoe, Rebuilt in Rhinelander, WI

Hand crafted about 1915, this canoe has a bent cedar wood frame, covered in canvas, and is a wonderful decorative piece.

A brass plaque inside from many years ago is engraved, "Rebuilt by Old Squaw Canoe Co., Rhinelander, WI." The canvas cover is separating from the frame, so this historic boat would need to be recovered to become seaworthy again, the frame appears sturdy and intact.

A Wisconsin boat license is dated 1993. Inside are two caned seats. Size of this graceful hand made canoe is 16' 5" long, 37" across and 30" tall.
