U.S. Glass Company Late Block Rose Bowl, c. 1891
In 1891 the U.S. Glass Company made this pretty little rose bowl. The pattern is called "Late Block". When placed under a black light this glows a lovely yellow green color, which often is a testament to old age in glass. This measures approximately 4 inches round. The bottom was ground and polished. As you would expect to find, there is shelf wear on the bottom. Other than that, this wonderful piece is in excellent condition.
