This wonderful ABC plate is 6 3/4 inches in diameter and transfer printed in cherry red with a pearlware glaze.

The entire alphabet in a fabulous type goes around the perimeter of the plate. The scene is of a crowded Manhattan Island beach with men and women in period dress taking a dip to wash off the days sweat. Fabulous waning sunlight.

Condition is EXCELLENT. Clean and bright.
