The is a good edition of the famous and popular title. This one was published by Charles Scribner's Sons in 1900. It has an inscription that says November, 1901.
This book has sixty original Illustrations which really are beautiful. I would say the book is in very good condition with a blue cloth cover and red, black and silver enhancements. The only issue is the paper has pulled away at the inside bindings--not a problem with the tightness of the spine.
There are 377 pages, a preface and a letter from Holland. The name of the original owner is printed on the end pages both at back of the book.
Just a lovely book at a very reasonable price. Please ask questions if you have them.
