Jefferson Glass Blue Opalescent Meander Nut Bowl Footed Antique Dish

This beautiful Blue Opalescent bowl dates from the late 1800s or early 1900s and was pattern number 233, produced by both Jefferson and Northwood according to the Opalescent Glass Book.

A stunning piece this bowl features a plethora of designs meandering around the bowl, perhaps this is the reason for it's name.

An ice blue in color with a ruffled opalescent white rim this bowl sits atop three little feet. It is a little harder to find than it's shallower bowl counterpart.

In excellent condition this piece measures 7" in diameter and 4" tall. It has a little light wear on the inside at the bottom but is free of chips, nicks or cracks.
