This fabulous little piece of custard glass was produced by Heisey circa 1896 and is part of their Cut Block pattern, number 1200.
They only produced the Creamer and Sugar bowl in custard glass, and they called in Ivorina Verde. This piece has been decorated as a souvenir piece with the name of Hancock, Wisconsin emblazoned on it in red lettering.
The creamer is much deeper yellow than it appears in my photographs. It is in excellent condition, though it does have worn gold trim around the rim. It has no chips, nicks or cracks at all and would make a wonderful addition to any collection. It measures 3 1/4" tall and about 2" in diameter.
