Selling an old hand painted porcelain plaque . These is a beautiful work of art with colorful accents.These is a rectangular plaque with a beautiful hand painted outdoor scene. The plaque is mounted in an empire style frame and is marked with a letter H AND # 20 & 30 for measures. It had written info (name, title) that is partially worn out on the back. I was told that it is German, I have not found the maker. The condition of the gorgeous plaque is excellent, no damages to the plaque. The frame some damage seen on pictures, measures are 12x8 for the porcelain. The frame is 17 1/2 x 13 1/2 inches..
