A fine 18K pink/yellow gold chain looking two or three times its' 29g weight is elegant but relaxed enough to wear with a white shirt and jeans.
The elongated oval links are each matte finished & textured with tiny raised dots inside of diamond shapes refracting the light, and rolled into shape by hand. These links are approximately 16mm or .75" long x 6mm or .25" wide. They are connected to each other by 2 oval, unadorned & high polished links of the same 6mm width x 9mm long each. Spring ring closure.
The perfect length to wear with most anything.
CONDITION: Very fine vintage condition showing only the lightest historic wear. Markings on the fixed part of the closure: 750 (18K) & some quite worn letters I cannot accurately decipher. Origin is unknown but the craftsmanship suggests Italy. Mid 20th century.
Of fine hand construction, lightweight & comfortable to wear, this impressive necklace will become your favorite.
