Rare Sterling Tea Caddy in the Form of a Georgian Knife Box, London - Circa 1899

A simple and elegant tea caddy of heavy gauge silver is designed in the form of a Georgian Knife Box.

The caddy stands 3.5" high x 2.5" wide and deep with a hinged lid and nicely detailed handle hinged handle.

Hallmarks appear on the gilt interior lid and on the underside of the caddy. A logo also appears at the back on the interior body.

CONDITION: Very fine antique condition. No personalization. In proper alignment. Hinges are strong and the caddy opens and closes as it should. By Edward Barnard & Hallmarks are correct for Edward Barnard (Walter, Michael, John Barnard & Sons with Robert Dubock.) Weight by scale: 146 grams. Circa 1899.
