Blue Sapphire & Pearl Set Brooch, 14K - Edwardian

Measuring 1.5" round it is hand crafted & beautifully detailed with the Greek Key motif.

CONDITION: Excellent antique condition with no losses, replacements or repairs to note. The Sapphires are faceted, medium deep in color with gorgeous violet undertones & excellent clarity. Silver Gulf Pearls are well matched and silvery white with pink undertones. Original broaching assembly with early safety clasp is fully functional. No Makers' Mark that I can find. 14K marked on the clasp is confirmed by acid testing. Early 20th century, Edwardian.
