Pink Peignoir in Lace by Odette Barsa '60's Booked

We are offering a pretty in pink vintage peignoir by Odette Barsa. Odette Barsa began designing lingerie in the '30's up to the '60's. Sold at high end retailers, her designs were famous for their quality. This lace and ribbon peignoir is no exception. In whisper pink, it features 1" woven satin ribbon edged on each side with 7/8" ecru lace the entire length of the front panel. Lace and ribbon also decorate the 3/4 length sleeves. The hem is lace edged. The double peter pan collar carries the theme of ribbon and lace. The robe is closed with three snaps and 17" satin ties at the neckline. A hidden pocket is at the right side. The robe is lined with a plain layer of pink nylon. This robe, in blue, is booked in Lingerie by Shephard pg. 147. Here are the details: sleeves 14 1/2"; shoulder to hem 55"; bust an estimated 39-40"--this is meant to hang loose; hip an estimated 56"-same reason. We would denote this as a medium, possibly a large. There is no size tag, but there remains a slightly frayed label that says "Odette Barsa." There are no stains, no tears, but do note that the top and bottom snaps are attached only at the one side, but both parts present. I will repair this upon request. This has been laundered.
