Vintage 35th Anniversary Barbie in Original Box

Vintage "35th Anniversary Barbie" in original box. Stunning brunette Barbie is a reproduction of the #1 Barbie. She has the arched eyebrows and molded eyelid like the early dolls. Doll wears the famous striped strapless swimsuit and gold tone metal hoop earrings. The doll was also available in a honey blonde hair color. It is the first of a series of nostalgic Barbie dolls made. Also included in the box is a reproduction of the original Barbie doll box and white sunglasses with blue lens. The doll is in mint condition as she has never been out of her box. The box is also in great condition with no tears in the cardboard. Doll is shown in Barbie The First 30 Years and Beyond by Stephanie Deutsch and Bettina Dorfmann page 119. Circa 1994. Nicely done remake of the #1 Barbie.
