2" Tiny Bisque Frozen Charlotte. Darling tiny girl with blonde painted hair and blue eyes. She is solid bisque and quite heavy for her size. She is not jointed with arms molded to her side. These tiny dolls were sometimes used as party favors and would be placed in the bottom of a tea cup at a tea party. They were then given to the children to play with. Doll is in great shape with no hairlines or chips. She is unmarked but of German make as most of these dolls were. Circa 1900. Tiny doll with lots of appeal.
