18th c. Delft Pottery Plate/Charger 12" Blue & White Peacock

Wonderful 18th century Delft Pottery "Peacock" plate / charger with rust-colored edge. Blue and white with large urn and floral decoration, circa 1730. Signed on reverse with conjoined M and P, made by the manufactory "de Metalen Pot". The owner, Pieter Paree, used this sign from 1756 - 1757 . In very good overall condition with several chips at the edges and wear & flaking at the edges, consistent with age (please see pictures). Large plate measures 12" diameter.
