A black pocket sized Duchessa strut folding camera made by Contessa in Germany c1915.
The camera has a Meyer Citonar 75mm f6.3 lens and is in full working order, with all the shutter speeds working, but not guaranteed accurate.
Cosmetic condition of the camera body is average, commensurate with its age and medium use.
The black enamelled body has some scuffing and some crackling in the finish, but is not chipped or damaged. The folding viewing frame is well rubbed.
The leather covering is in very good condition as too is the chrome work.
There is no significant wear to the interior finish.
The black leather bellows are in excellent condition, with slight wear, but no damage or holes.
A good used example of this scarce collectable camera, which comes in its fabric pouch.
Overall condition 8/10
Buyer pays actual shipping costs (max including insurance to UK $10, by air to US $20, EU $15).
