Modernist Taxco Mexican Sterling 925 Enameled Earrings with Signature

There is a name on the back, I cannot make it out, with all my loops. There are wonderful pre-eagle Mexican Sterling 925 Taxco Earrings with a Rich Deep Blue Enamel on them and Screw Back. They measure 1 1/4" x 7/8".
