AdorableTiny Berry Pail in Gray Enamelware w/ Wire Bail Handle

I am not sure whether to call it agate or enamel ware because of the large size mottled splotches in the finish. It is indeed grey. You can feel the high and low texture of the porcelain finish with your finger.

We have shown it beside a 12-ounce soft drink can, for comparison.

CONDITION is wonderful, with NO dents, warps or twists and NO rust or metal corrosion. There are a number of tiny flakes on the rims, but NOTHING worse. The vertical side seam is flat and tight as new. The handle appears to be original, and swings freely. There are some extremely light "ripples" in the bottom but ABSOLUTELY no dents or pushed-in places.

This little pail has a rolled rim: A wire the same as the handle, into which 2 loops for holding the handle have been fashioned, has been placed around the top rim. The top edge of the bucket has been rolled down over that wire, leaving the loops sticking up for "ears" to which the handle is attached.
