Stunning Victorian Early Limoges Tressemann & Vogt - Biscuit Jar

This is a very gorgeous Limoges Tressemann & Vogt, (T.& V.), Biscuit Jar. Delicate flowers with foliage in white, yellow, greens, and gold. The lid is my favorite with the gold handle and the gold spider web. There is very little wear on the gold handle, and the spider web is exquisite!! The flowers have a applied gold piping around their petals, and is all intact. There are absolutely no chips, or cracks in the porcelain.

On the bottom of the jar is Mark 4a, underglaze white ware mark in green initials without "Limoges" early 1890's. This mark was probably the first white ware mark used by the factory.

This very Victorian biscuit jar measures 7 1/2" in height and 4 3/4" in diameter. This is a must for your Limoges Collection!
