Vintage Prom Dress 1960s 60s Pink and White Linen with Floral Applique Sz 11 B36 W26

Darling sweet prom dress, circa 1960's, early to mid. Fabric is a linen and the skirt is lined with pellon which wasn't used much after the early 1960's. Pink bodice is a low front scoop and a low V in the back. Closes in the back with a long zipper. White linen skirt is full length mostly A-line but with a few pleats on the back and side. There is a partially attached applique belt and in the back is a pink bow, attached on one side, snaps on the other and two huge wide streamers which go to the hem. Waist is empire style in the front, dropping to the natural waist in the back. The front skirt also has two small clusters of floral appliques.

Condition: Lovely condition. The only issues I can find is some soiling along the edges of the hem where is has touched the ground. Otherwise it is in lovely condition. Bodice lining is clean and as I mentioned the skirt is lined with pellon which is a paper type fabric.

Labeled a vintage size 11. Please check the measurements below carefully to ensure a perfect fit. My model measures B34 W25 H35 and you can see how it fit her. I did have to pad the bust a bit.
