Vintage 1960s 60s Hat Pastel Organza Ruched Pillbox by Bellini
Romantic pillbox draped and detailed as a turban in organza pastels of pale pink, moss green, taupe and a pale almost cream yellow. Sides are ruched in a turban style while the defined crown wraps and tucks to one side. All is set on a flexible net base.
