T&V Limoges Rooting Pot Hand Painted with Purple Violets

Lovely and most unique is this Limoges rooting pot which could also be used as a posy vase. The talented artist has meticulously and artfully, hand painted deep purple, African violets on a backdrop of soft chartreuse, greens and browns. It stands, from its golden handle to its round base, 3.5 inches and reversed is a Tressemann & Vogt Depose Limoges hallmark used between 1907 and 1919.

With the exception of some gold wear expected with age, this French beauty is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or paint flakes.
