This beautiful, hand painted oil on canvas featuring a pair of chubby cherubs surrounded by pink, tea roses has been partnered with an old, re-purposed, vintage, wood frame embellished with cherubs playing musical instruments and large, porcelain roses. The frame is a soft, aqua and cream with an antique, over glaze fastidiously hand distressed revealing the original black underneath.
The painting is signed on the front by the talented artist, Dawn R. Barnes, who has won numerous awards and most recently featured in International Artist Magazine. She later attended The Schuler School of Fine Arts, has studied with renowned artists Bob Browne, Richard Eichman, and currently with Matt Zoll of Towson, Md. Dawn's work is featured in galleries on the East Coast, and most recently won award for finalist for her florals in the April/May edition of International Artist Magazine.
The frame measures 26" tall by 22" wide and the painting is 20" by 16"
