Fine 19th Century Lace Bonnet with Ribbons for French Bebe
This exquisite 19th century lace bonnet is perfect for a cabinet sized French bebe. It features an abundance of frothy tulle and lace ruffles which frames dolly's face. The entire body of the bonnet is made up of delicate lace, with ivory silk ribbon insertion. Condition is lovely, aside from a tiny hole in the lace hidden under the cluster rosette at the side. One original tie remains intact. The bonnet measures 10" from one side, up over the top, the other side and 6~1/4" across the back. This originates from a doll clothing collection in England.
