An original painted tin Bar or Café Clock, circa 1920- 1940 , with relief lettering saying - " St.Raphael Quinquina" on worn red painted background. An old point-of-sale advertising campaign put one of these clocks for the popular aperitif in almost every bar in France.
With original wind-up brass movement and pendulum. The back door of the movement case is missing (see photo).
Diameter 19 inches. In reasonable condition with wear and slight marking from age.
An interesting advertising or clock collectors' item.
