Early 19th Century Painting of a French Noblewoman

A contemporary framed Oil Painting of an aristocratic French Lady dressed in the costume of the Restoration period after the fall of Napleon Bonaparte (1820-1830). Just visibly she is wearing the medal of the Croix de St.Louis, the emblem of the pro -Bourbon monarchist party. Measuring 37 inches high x 33 wide, this is a fine historic painting, in reasonably good condition. Small area of wear just above the base of the frame.
