Native American Sterling and Turquoise Large Cuff Bracelet

This is a beautiful bracelet made by an American Indian and it dates from the 1950's. It is marked sterling in two places on the inside of the bracelet but I can not find another mark. It is from an estate sale in NE Florida and the owners said it was from the 4-Corners area in the southwest. The bracelet measures 1 and 7/8 inches at its widest and tapers down to 1/2 inch on its sides and then flares to 1.25 inches at the ends. It is solid - the sterling is not hollow at any point on this fine bracelet. The turquoise is is a wonderful color and measures 20 by 15mm. It is mounted in a large shadow box of applies feathers and balls. There are x's and feathers stamped on the sides of the bracelet. Great piece of history and looks great on your arm. The inside measurements are: 2 and 7/16th inches wide and 1.75 inches depth. Weight is 48.3 grams.
