Exquisite Early 19th Century Figurine of Cobbler Meissen Mark

A fine piece of porcelain of a shoe cobbler at work. Note the nice boot at his side. It has the underglaze blue crossed swords with pommels and star mark. Incised model numbers on bottom also. Although Meissen used this mark, there were other manufacturers, Samson especially, who imitated both the wares and the marks. I cannot say for certain that this is a Meissen piece

It is in good condition

It is 7" high x 5" side x 5" deep
