High-end costume jewelry vintage parure quite unique and very lovely and consisting of the necklace, bracelet and clip on earrings. The set is possibly Schiaparelli and probably a runway set. This gorgeous parure had to be a special design, as many of the findings are non-standard and definitely not part of normal jewelry structure. This parure consists of the adjustable necklace, clip on earrings and bracelet which has the additional support of a safety clasp. This high quality beautifully designed set is nickel plated over Sterling Silver and it has been confirmed that the bracelet clasp is white gold (Tested.) The light colored stones, in the unique holders, appear to be quartz and have carvings, including roses on their tops. The Quartz pieces also have small bubbles which leads to the probably of formed air pockets and shows, in their centers, a very light shade of blue. That blue false coloring reflects into the Quartz from the dark rectangular base piece, which could be a very deep blue, but in sunlight shows as an opaque black, possibly onyx. The light blue stones on the sides appear to be chaton rhinestones. The set is in excellent, never worn condition but using the eyepiece on the bracelet, I see a few light scratches on the surface of the black pieces. Since most viewers do not wear eyepieces, the scratches are unseen. The measurements are 20 inches in length for the adjustable necklace with 6 inches of adjustment down thru choker dimensions at a maximum of 14 inches. The center section on the necklace is 1 1/8 square. The bracelet is 1 1/8 x 7 1/2 inches and as previously mentioned, has a safety clasp for additional security. The clips are 1 1/16 x 1 1/16 inches. The set is heavier, weighing 7.3 ounces, will ship priority at the minimum, and securely boxed. Insurance will be supplied by a private Insurer.
