These striking pearls are made from the lining(mother of pearl) of the South Seas mollusks, therefore they have the look and weight of the South Seas pearls at a small fraction of the price! Incredibly lustrous, with mirror like reflection are these 12mm beauties! 33 gorgeous pearls are individually hand knotted with double silk cord with an absolutely stunning 3" sterling silver rose clasp! The clasp is made by a renowned silversmith who has been commissioned by royalty and past presidents with his signature stamp on the back of the rose. I wear mine all the time and never once have I worn it without someone commenting on this striking necklace! Definitely a head turner! This 20" necklace can be worn with the rose in several different positions depending on your preference. I like to wear mine with the rose on the side for a dramatic effect.
